Michael Schulson’s most recent endeavor is a Center City collaboration with the Termini family located next to Harp & Crown at 1523 Sansom Street. The red gravy Italian restaurant mimics the operation of Double Knot, with a casual luncheonette upstairs and a more refined ristorante below street level.


Harp & Crown
Known for their full-scale transformations of near-forgotten spaces that often leave guests in awe, Michael Schulson & his wife Nina, have added another stunning restaurant and bar to the Schulson Collective.


Double Knot
A beautiful, bilevel space is a multifaceted spot where you can grab a morning pour-over, lunchtime banh mi, happy hour cocktail or robatayaki dinner.


Independence Beer Garden
An expansive 20,000 square-foot, all-American beer garden overlooking the Liberty Bell and Independence National Historic Park.


Sampan
Sampan is an oasis of contemporary Asian small plates located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia's hot Midtown Village neighborhood.


Graffiti Bar
The Graffiti Bar is Center City's cool and hip hidden gem open all-year-round that can be found down a narrow chain linked fence alley surrounded by a commissioned mural by local graffiti artist Ali M Williams.

Monkitail
Celebrity chef Michael Schulson will bring his modern Japanese fare to Hollywood, Florida with the opening of Monkitail late spring. Schulson's menu is a contemporary take on the classic izakaya, featuring sharable small plates and sushi as well as an array of specialty cocktails and saké. An open robatayaki kitchen sits at the heart of the restaurant, a 15-seat sushi bar and a private dining area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Tucked away beyond the main dining room is discreet karaoke bar offering tunes, cocktails and signature dishes late into the night.


OSTERIA
Since opening in 2007 Osteria has become one of the country’s most critically acclaimed Italian restaurants, earning Chef Jeff Michaud the 2010 James Beard Foundation Award for “Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic” for his work helming the kitchen. Michaud's classic take on Italian cuisine presented the perfect addition to Schulson Collective with Osteria's award-winning menu of antipasti, homemade pastas, house-cured salumi, authentic Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas, wood-grilled meats, seafood and decadent desserts.


DK Sushi
DK Sushi offers a chef-driven menu of fresh, hand-rolled sushi to dine in or carry away. With individual rolls and specialty boxes, this is a high quality sushi experience offered in a casual, contemporary setting.
For a more elevated experience, a multicourse omakase is offered for dine-in only at the counter, featuring 12-14 chef’s selection dishes.
